Brian A. Hornick

Brian A. Hornick 63, Wausau, died Friday, April 8, 2011 at Ministry St. Clare's Hospital, Weston. He was born February 24, 1948 in Ironwood, Mich., son of the late Joseph and Ann (Tomich) Hornick. Brian was employed at Regal Beloit-Marathon Electric for 42 years and was an avid Packer fan who enjoyed polka music. He will be remembered for his love of people, his good and bad jokes, smiling face, outgoing personality and most of all for "just being Brian." He is missed and loved by his family and friends. Survivors include his fiancAC., Mary Hartkopf, Wausau; brother, Robert (Linda) Hornick, Conroe, Texas; nephew, Mark Hornick and his children, Maegann and Madison, Humble, Texas; niece, Michele (Noel) Pekel, and their children, Nicholas and Isabella, The Woodlands, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Tuesday April 12, 2011 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th Street, Wausau.
