Brian Lee Durr

Brian Lee Durr 51, Edgar, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at his parents home after a short battle with cancer. Brian was born September 12, 1959 in Athens, to Clarence and Sandra (Heidmann) Durr. Brian enjoyed restoring vintage Ford Broncos and then testing them to their fullest. Brian was truly himself working with wood and building small detailed projects. He was employed at Stratford Sign for the past 10 years and took great pride in his work. Brian is survived by his mother and father, Clarence and Sandra Durr, Edgar; four brothers, Daniel Durr (Connie Wagner), Roy (friend Pam) Durr, Kevin (Dawn) Durr and Aaron (Kelly) Durr; one sister, Denise (Jim) Adamus; four nieces, McKenzie, Kayla, Madison and Maci; six nephews, Nathan, Tyler, Tanner, Jordan, Kyle and Jaden. The funeral mass will be celebrated 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2011 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Edgar. The Rev. Robert Streveler will preside. Friends may call Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services all at the church. A private family burial will follow on Friday, March 18, 2011.
