Bonnie L. Rehlinger

Bonnie L. Rehlinger, 63, Wausau died Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at her home. She was born February 23, 1953 in Wisconsin Rapids, daughter of the late Herbert and Louella (Haines) Bauer. She attended and graduated from Assumption High School in Wisconsin Rapids. Bonnie married Donald Klingforth in 1973 and they later separated but remained good friends. He survives. She then married Randall Rehlinger in Marshfield in 1981. He preceded her in death in 2010. Bonnie was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially her children and grandsons. Bonnie enjoyed being outdoors and up north, gardening, reading and taking care of her beloved dogs. Bonnie was an active member and volunteer at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. She will be missed dearly. Survivors include her children, Heidi (Daniel) Dahle, Hortonville and Matthew (Andrine) Klingforth, Boise, Idaho, two grandchildren, Payton and Zachary Dahle, one sister, Judith (Michael) Boyle, California and her nephew and nieces and godchildren, David, Kelsey and Mackenzie Boyle, her great nephew, Callan James Boyle and step mother, Rita Bauer, Wisconsin Rapids and her mother-in-law, Agnes Rehlinger, Marshfield. Bonnie is further survived by a special friend, D.J., Wausau. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by husband, Randall Rehlinger and her father-in-law, Ronald Rehlinger. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2016 at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Visitation will be on Friday, July 8, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
