Barbara J. Hall
55, Edgar, died Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born January 26, 1954 in Minneapolis, Minn., daughter of the late Otto "Red" and Peggy (Schill) Gust. On October 12, 1979 she married Wayne Hall in Edgar. He survives.
Barbara was a homemaker who also worked at American Edge as a bookkeeper. She had a strong faith in Jesus her Lord and Savior which played a central role in her life. She found much encouragement in reading her bible and praying for others. Some of her other enjoyments included watching her boys play baseball, doing needlepoint and cooking. She also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing scrabble with her family. Barb and her husband, Wayne also loved taking long walks together.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne, Wausau; sons, Christopher Hall and Scott Hall, both of Wausau; siblings, Debi (Martinus) Gust-Boerema, Ojai, Calif., Robert (Ann) Gust, Mary (Ken) Knetter, Michael (Melissa) Gust, Terry Gust, all of Edgar; father and mother-in-law, Victor and Jeanette Hall, Edgar; brothers-in-law, Leroy (Karen) Hall, Edgar, Charles (Deb) Hall, Wausau, Delmar (Christele) Hall, Jeff (Mary) Hall and Brian (Diane) Hall, all of Edgar; sisters-in-law, Karen (Jim) Schara, Hamburg, Janice (Darrel) Soczka, Lisa (Paul) Lemmer and Susan Hall, all of Edgar, many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Gust.
Funeral services will be Noon on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services all at the Stewart Avenue funeral home.
