Audrey M. Narlock

Audrey M. Narlock, 87, Wausau passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

She was born on May 3, 1938 in Wausau, daughter of the late Kermit and Sophie (Koch) Marten. On June 27, 1959 she married Robert Narlock at Holy Name Catholic Church, Wausau. He preceded her in death on August 8, 2011.

For over 25 years Audrey worked at Stettin Mutual of Wausau and then went to work for over 14 years at the Eye Clinic of Wausau until her retirement. Some of her favorite pastimes included camping, spending time Up North at the cottage on Hixon Lake, watching football, long walks up north and spending time with her family. Audrey loved spending time with her grandchildren and always looked forward to Christmas time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Alan (Terry) Narlock, Gleason and Kelly Narlock, Wausau, 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and her siblings, Shirley Marten, Ringle, Debbie Andersen, Wausau and Patty (Bob) Schroeder, Rothschild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Mark, two brothers, Ronald and Roger Marten and a sister, Eleanor Kannenberg.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at St. John Lutheran Church, town of Easton. The Rev. John Stransky will officiate. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
