Audrey A. Kurth,
75, Kronenwetter, died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at the University Hospital, Madison.
She was born September 6, 1933 in the town of Kronenwetter, daughter of the late Fay and Gralda (Luedtke) Fletcher. On May 12, 1973, she married Orman Kurth at the Reedemer Ev. Lutheran Church in the town of Weston. He survives.
Audrey had many careers throughout her life with her most recent being a housekeeper and working at the Green Mill Restaurant in Kronenwetter. Among her many interests, she loved making afghans, taking frequent trips on the bus to the casinos and most of all spending time with her family and great grandchildren. Audrey had a heart of gold and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Orman Kurth, Kronenwetter; her daughter, Faye, Birnamwood; her son, James Boggs, Wausau; two grandchildren, Orman (Jamie) Boggs, Birnamwood and Jason (Wanda) Parker, Wausau; ten great-grandchildren; three brothers, Dalbert (Edna) Fletcher, Gordon Fletcher and Don (Gayle) Fletcher; and four sisters, O'Dell (John) Deppe, Carol (John) Wesenick, Judy Fletcher and Glady (Bernie) Wesenick.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Glen and Jim Fletcher.
There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday, August 29, 2009 for family and friends from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the Ringle Town Hall.
