Arthur E. Kickbusch, 88, 8542 Highway 107, Marathon, died Saturday, July 20, 2002 at Community Health Care Wausau Hospital under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services. Arthur was born September 29, 1913, in the town of Hamburg, son of the late Albert and Emma (Mueller) Kickbusch, Sr. He married Marion Wiedow, June 19, 1946 at St. Peter Lutheran Church in the town of Hamburg. She survives. Arthur was a dairy and ginseng farmer in the town of Hamburg for many years. Besides his wife, Marion, he is survived by, two daughters, Mary Kickbusch, Marathon, Karolyn (Peter) Franckowiak, Spencer; six grandchildren, Beth (Eric) Carlberg, twins Patti & Shelli Franckowiak, Helen Franckowiak, Breanna Burmeister, Leah Burmeister; one sister, Arlein Giese, Merrill; two sisters-in-law; Viola Kickbusch, Cadott, Selma Kickbusch, Wausau. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by, four siblings, twin brother and sister, Albert Kickbusch, Adehla Radunz, brother William Kickbusch, sister, Clara Marquardt. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2002 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, in the town of Hamburg. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m., Tuesday at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Marathon, and again on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until the time of services at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the St. Peter Lutheran Church in the town of Hamburg.
