Arlyce E. Drews, 92, town of Easton, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Rennes Health and Rehab, Weston, under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
She was born in Mattoon on November 1, 1933, to the late Raymond and Doris (Salvesen) LeGault. Arlyce was united in marriage to Warren Drews at Bethany Lutheran Church, Aniwa, on May 7, 1955.
Arlyce worked for many years, until her retirement, as a Teacher's Aide at the elementary schools in the Wausau School District. She also loved and took care of her family. She was involved in church activities including the Library Guild and Vacation Bible School at Zion Lutheran Church. She enjoyed working with children and they adored her. Arlyce enjoyed cooking, baking, and reading.
Survivors include her children, Cheryl (Robert) Phillips and Scott Drews; grandson, Jarod Drews and his partner, Jodi Stroad; great-grandson, Carter; and sisters-in-law, Althea Drews and Elaine Drews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren; parents, Raymond and Doris LeGault; sisters, Phyllis Jolin and Shirley Nowak; brother, Lynn LeGault; granddaughter, Chelsie Marie Drews; brother-in-law, Arnold Drews Jr.; sister-in-law, Juliet Drews; father-in-law, Arnold Drews Sr.; and mother-in-law, Erna (Pagel) Drews.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Zion Lutheran Church, 238145 Star Road, Aniwa (Town of Easton) with Rev. Jim Mayland officiating. A luncheon follows the service. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will begin on Friday, May 15 at 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and continue on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service, all at the church.
