Annabelle "Ann" Gorski
82, Schofield, died Saturday November 29, 2008 at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau.

A graduate of Mosinee High School, Annabelle worked in the family owned "Stay Brite" Laundromat & Drycleaners in Schofield. During World War II she served several years in the Secret Service stationed at the Pentagon in Washington DC. She was a Boy Scout Den Mother and a past president of the Little Flower Council at St. Therese Parish, Rothschild.
Annabelle enjoyed downhill skiing, fishing and early in her marriage, flying with her husband Dave. She traveled the U.S. both with her family and in retirement. She especially enjoyed visiting with family and friends as well as winters as a snowbird and looked forward for Dave to fire up the motor home, miles to travel and adventures of the road.
Survivors include her husband, Dave Gorski, three daughters, Paula (Jim) Dalton, Mosinee, Mary (Rick) Graveen, Wausau, Sue (Thau) Suwannakoot, Fordland, Missouri, two sons, Lyle (Linda) Gorski, Hatley and Tharen (Beth) Gorski, Schofield, one sister, Grace VanAacken, Phelps, one brother, Howard Boettcher, Walla Walla, Wash., five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Annabelle was preceded in death by two sons, Leslie and Paul, three sisters, Gladys, Bernice and Ruth and four brothers, Wayne, Kenneth, Clinton and Raymond.
