Anna Brzezinski
90, 311 W. Maple St., Edgar, died Monday June 14, 2004 at Cedar Ridge Elder Services, Schofield.
She was born February 22, 1914 in Rockvale, Colo., daughter of the late Leon and Veronica (Woles) Kraucyk. On Nov. 12, 1936, she married Howard Ermeling in Michigan. He preceded her in death. On January 22, 1966 she married Albert Brzezinski at St. Mark Catholic Church, Rothschild. He preceded her in death October 6, 2001.
Anna was a homemaker and an active member of St. John Parish, Edgar, serving as sacristan, teaching CCD and working in the school library.
Survivors include one sister, Sophia Ermeling, Schofield, a half sister, Helen Midlikowski, Mosinee, four step daughters, Gayle (Wilfred) Hennes, Unity, Janice Kane, Cassville, Grace (Leon) Merkes, Sterling, Alaska, Karen (Robert) Loignon, Green Bay, step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Besides her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Michael, Stanley and John Kraucyk, a sister, Wilma Molski, and a step son, Thomas.
The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday June 17, 2004 at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. Rev. Norman Boneck will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. John Catholic Church, Edgar.
