Ann Marie Krebsbach

Ann Marie Krebsbach 80, Edgar, died Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at her home. She was born May 6, 1924 in the town of Cassel, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Kauper) Dreikosen. On May 10, 1943, she married Urban Krebsbach at St. Mary Catholic Church, Marathon. He survives. Ann Marie was a homemaker. She was past president of the Edgar Women's Bowling League, past secretary and current member of the Parish Council of Catholic Women and past officer of the St. Joan of Arc Group of St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. Ann Marie was also a member of the Edgar Women's Club and a volunteer for the Marathon County Red Cross for over 30 years. Besides gardening, she enjoyed playing cards and a good laugh but most special to her was spending time with her family and friends. Besides her husband, Urban, Edgar, survivors include four sons, Duane Krebsbach, Madison, Kenneth (Connie) Krebsbach and Glen Krebsbach all of Edgar and Randy (June) Krebsbach, Stratford; two grandchildren, Amy & Aaron Krebsbach. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Anita Lang; six brothers, Gregory, Rudolph, Norbert, Garold, Alois and Hilarian Dreikosen. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 19, 2005 at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. Rev. Norman Boneck will preside. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery, Edgar. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar and again from 10:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the church. There will be a parish rosary at 7 p.m. Friday evening at the Edgar funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Marathon County Red Cross.
