Angeline ''Angie'' Soeder

Angeline 'Angie' Soeder 75, 303 S. 9th Ave., Wausau, died Sunday December 15, 2002 under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Community Health Care, Wausau Hospital. She was born September 30, 1927 in South Milwaukee, daughter of the late Valentine and Frances (Novak) Wianecki. On February 15, 1947 she married Donald Soeder in Montello. He survives. Prior to her retirement, Angie had been employed at Marathon Electric for 28 1/2 years. She was a volunteer at Wausau Hospital for several years. Among her favorite things to do was, dancing, card playing, especially sheepshead as well as taking an occaisional trip to the casino. Survivors include her husband, Donald Soeder, Wausau, three daughters, Caroline (Gary) VanSleet, Chippewa Falls, Deborah (Joe) Hoppa and Donna Imm, all of Wausau, eight grandchildren, Todd VanSleet, Troy (Julie) VanSleet, Timothy, Jennifer & Jesse Imm, Sarah, Angela & Noah Hoppa, one greatgrandson, Vincent VanSleet, two brothers, Gregory (Louise) Wianecki, Montello, Vincent (Bev) Wianecki, Endeavor and one sister, Mary (Harlen) Atkinson, Montello. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Sylvester and Adelbert. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday December 19, 2002 at The Church of St. Anne. Entombment will be in Garden of Eternal Rest Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Weds. from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Ave., and again on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church. There will be a vigil servie 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Stewart Avenue funeral home. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established. Angie was a very loving and caring person and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
