Allen G. Lierman

Allen G. Lierman 71, Wausau, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Hospice House, Wausau. He was born April 13, 1938 in Edgar, son of the late Fredrick and Mary (Krell) Lierman. Allen worked for the Wausau Water Department. He enjoyed watching sports, painting ceramics, having his coffee every morning with friends and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his three children, Lynn (David) Phillips, Tomahawk, Dan (Keri) Lierman, Wausau and Kristin (Justin) Sorenson, Wausau; six grandchildren, Travis and Joanna Phillips, Kassi Thorwaldson, Devon Lierman, Karlie and Logan Sorenson; twin sister, Alice Wisnewski, Wausau, many other close nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Michael, three brothers, Clifford, Gordan and Fritz and a sister, Dorothy. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 12, 2010 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th Street, Wausau. Deacon Robert Anderson will officiate.
