Alice E. Otto

Alice E. Otto 85, 3205 Sell Street, Wausau, died Sunday August 7, 2005 at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau. She was born October 8, 1919 in the town of Hamburg, daughter of the late Albert and Marie (Rau) Grell. She married Paul Otto on January 2, 1942. He preceded her in death. For many years, Alice had been employed as a waitress at the Hoffman House, Wausau. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and embroidery. Survivors include a daughter, Gloria Beard, Wausau, two granddaughters, Tiffany and Amanda and one brother, Raymond (Ruth) Grell, Wausau. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Alvin and Elroy Grell. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday August 9, 2005 at Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. Steven Gjerde will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services at the church.
