Alice L. (Debyle) Lau

Alice L. (DeByle) Lau 88, Wausau, died Friday, September 12, 2008 at Kennedy Park Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Weston. She was born May 14, 1920 in Superior, daughter of the late Paul and Ninetta (Cairnes) Hahn. Alice enjoyed cooking, crocheting and taking care of little ones. She attended First Presbyterian Church, Wausau. Survivors include her three children, Jim (Mary Ellen) DeByle, Mishicot, Douglas DeByle, Wausau and Lorraine DeByle, Schofield; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Donald DeByle; second husband, William Lau; two sisters; one brother and one great grandchild. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th Street, Wausau. The Rev. Joy Nelson-Jeffers will officiate.
