Agatha A. Bumann

Agatha A. Bumann, 90, a former Marathon resident, died Monday April 7, 2003 at Williams Bay Care Center. She was born August 13, 1912 in Marathon, daughter of the late Anthony and Agatha (Blume) Bumann. She had been employed at the former Sillcrest and Silbernagel's, Wausau. Agatha was also a homemaker and maintained the Bumann family household. Survivors include a sister, Adeline Bumann, Williams Bay, nieces and a a nephew. She was preceded in death by four sisters, Catherine, Ann, Rosalia 'Sally' and Marian and six brothers, Joe, John, Anton, Rudy, Leo and Alex. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Friday April 11, 2003 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Marathon. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Marathon, is in charge of arrangements.
