Adeline "Dina" Dins

Adeline "Dina" Dins 83, 320 Alexander Ave., Edgar, died Saturday July 2, 2005 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 20, 1921 in the town of Rietbrock, daughter of the late John and Cecelia (Pietrowski) Lee. On September 21, 1953 she married Rudy Dins in Minnesota. He survives. Adeline was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, quilting, and reading. As an involved member in civic and church functions, she was a member of the Parish Council of Catholic Women at St. John Catholic Church and was also a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliaries. Adeline and Rudy were foster parents and she served as volunteer guardian with the Marathon County Department of Social Services. Survivors include her husband, Rudy Dins, Edgar, her children, Rick (Sue) Dins, Ron (Michelle) Dins, Kathy (Kevin) Osness, Carol (Greg) Easter, Karen Dins and Kay Dins, all of Wausau, grandchildren, Kelsey & Kellen Dins, Gabe Dins, Erin & Alex Osness, brothers, Ray (Jean) Lee, Anchorage, Alaska, Lawrence (Roseann) Lee, Milwaukee, a sister, Lucy Koening, Marshfield and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Adeline was preceded in death by brothers, John, Len and Alfred and sisters, Irene, Agnes and Alvina. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 6:00 p.m. Weds. July 6, 2005 at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. Rev. Norman Boneck will preside. Burial will be in the Edgar Cemetery.
