You changed our lives forever, filling them with joy and love. But God took your hand and now you're an angel above. When He eased your pain, He broke our hearts, and now this must be where our courage starts. We are all better people because of the love you shared. And all the special ways you showed us you cared. We will always remember you, Our Grandma and Mom.
The family wishes to express their thanks to all her caregivers at Mount View on 1- North. Also, all her friends for being a part of "Addy's" life, thanks and appreciation to nurses and Dr. Richetto for their care and concern in her final days.
