Ada A. Brendemuehl 97, formerly of 1704 Stark, St., Wausau, died Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at Waunakee Manor Health Care. She was born October 1, 1907 in Wausau, daughter of the late Henry and Minnie (Hafeman) Treibel. On June 25, 1927 she married Arthur Paulman at Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau. He preceded her in death in 1936. She then married George Brendemuehl on February 19, 1938 at Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau. He also preceded her in death in 2001. Ada was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time in her gardens and visiting with her family and friends. Survivors include her children, Laverne (Walter) Paulman Osswald, Wausau and Del (Rosella) Paulman, Madison, 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husbands, Ada was preceded in death by one son Dale Brendemuehl, four sisters and three brothers. The funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 12, 2005 at Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. Steven Gjerde will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
