Dean A. Lang

Dean A. Lang 33, Edgar, died Thursday, September 6, 2007 at his home. He was born January 2, 1974 in Marshfield son of Larry Lang, town of Emmet and Paulette (Kaiser) Lang, Edgar. Dean had been employed at Kolbe & Kolbe for the past 15 years. He was a member of the Mid-Wisconsin ATV Club, Marathon County ATV Club and Krejci City Cruisers Snowmobile Club. Among his favorite pastimes were snowmobiling, four wheeling and fishing. He was a great Dale Ernhardt fan, enjoyed NASCAR racing and was a good carpenter. Survivors besides his parents, Paulette Lang, Edgar and Larry Lang, town of Emmet, include his siblings, Evan (Mary) Lang, town of Cassel, and their children, Faith, Jonah and Hanna; Stephanie (Tony) Christensen, Stratford; Shelly (Dustin) Moore, Ottawa, Kansas and their children, Garrison and Allayna, his grandfather, Adolph Gruny Jr., Marathon, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Raymond Lang, Mildred Lang-Gruny, Ralph Kaiser and Martha Kaiser, an aunt Sharon Stencil, an uncle Louis Hack, and cousins, Shawn Lang Fricke and Terry Bauman. The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 10, 2007 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Halder. The Rev. Barnabas Kyea will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Peterson/ Kraemer Funeral Home Edgar and again on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
