David A. Wunsch

David A. Wunsch, 32, Wausau, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. He was born March 19, 1985, son of Todd Wunsch and the late Gwendolyn (Keeler) Blume. David was currently employed at Crystal Finishing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and tinkering with mechanical things. He liked to figure out how things worked and enjoyed doing research on different subjects. His pride and joy was his daughter, Alexis and above all he loved spending time with her. Survivors include his daughter, Alexis; father and step-mother, Todd (Lori Ann) Wunsch; sisters, Chandra (Adam) Malzahn and Angela (Calley Wiese) Wunsch; grandparents, Robert and Diane Wunsch and Delbert Keeler; step-grandmother, Mary Newman; niece and nephew, Makayla and Jaden Malzahn. Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by grandmothers, Vergene Wunsch and Marie Hollis and step-grandfather, William Newman. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 920 Edgewood Road, Wausau. Rev. Kemp Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services all at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
