Cecelia S. Boehm

Cecelia S. Boehm 83, Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of Halder, died Friday, February 26, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque, Iowa. She was born January 23, 1927 in Halder, daughter of the late Robert and Appolonia (Dahlke) Boehm. Cecelia worked as a beautician. She enjoyed watching the news to keep up on current events, especially anything to do with the Kennedy family. Cecelia also enjoyed reading the Bible. Survivors include two brothers, Leonard (LaVerna) Boehm, Eau Claire and Eugene Boehm, Wausau, many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Agnes Boehm and Alma Gau; one brother, Mark Boehm and lifelong partner, Bill Kluck. The funeral Mass will be celebrated 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Halder. Friends may call Thursday from 4:30 p.m. until the time of services all at the church.
